Processing Times
All orders are processed within three to five business days. Please note that during peak seasons or collection launches processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your package has been dispatched.
Delivery Rates and Estimates
We offer global shipping to ensure our luxury pieces are accessible to clients worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping arrives in seven to ten business days.
- Express Shipping arrives in two to four business days.
Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This allows you to follow the journey of your package from our studio to your door.
Refund Policy
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece does not meet your expectations we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Window
You have fourteen days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return please contact our concierge team. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
